⚖️ Eligibility & Key Conditions
✅ For Advocates / Pleaders
- Minimum 7 years continuous practice as on date of application.
- Declaration of appearance in at least 24 cases per year (last 3 years).
- Judicial Officers with prior 7+ yrs as advocate also eligible.
📄 Documents (post written test)
- Permanent resident certificate of Bihar (for reservation).
- BC/EBC Non-Creamy Layer / SC/ST / EWS certificate.
- Enrolment certificate from Bar Council.
- Practice certificate (Annexure I/II/III).
- NOC from employer if employed.
📚 Selection Process – Screening, Written & Viva-Voce
- Screening Test (if held): 300 marks, 100 MCQs (3 marks each, -1 negative).
- Written Examination: Minimum 45% in each theory paper (40% for reserved).
- Viva-Voce: 20% weightage. Minimum 30% to qualify. Overall 50% aggregate (45% for reserved).
