5. Educational Qualification शैक्षणिक योग्यता
For all trades (except Medical Lab Technicians):
• Matriculation (Class 10) with minimum 50% aggregate marks (SC/ST/PwBD exempted).
• National Trade Certificate (ITI) in the notified trade from NCVT/SCVT.
For Medical Lab Technician (Pathology/Radiology):
• 12th pass with Physics, Chemistry & Biology (minimum 50% marks).
• Matriculation (Class 10) with minimum 50% aggregate marks (SC/ST/PwBD exempted).

Fee: ₹100/- (Non-refundable) for all candidates except SC/ST/PwBD/EBC/Women (exempted).
EBC candidates (family income < ₹50,000) must upload certificate (Annexure-XVI).

Candidates must submit a Medical Certificate (Annexure-XI) signed by a Government authorized Doctor (not below Asst. Surgeon) at the time of Document Verification. No document verification without medical certificate.
13. Salary / Stipend वेतन / स्टाइपेंड
Monthly Stipend: ₹9,600/- (minimum for 1st year NTC/STC holders).
2nd year: ₹10,560/- (10% increase), 3rd year: ₹11,040/- (15% increase) as per G.S.R. 610(E) dated 03.09.2025. Subject to revision.

No prior experience required. Candidates must possess ITI certificate / 12th Science qualification as on notification date.
16. Training / Probation / Bond प्रशिक्षण/परिवीक्षा
Training period: 1 year (6 months for certain trades). Apprentices will enter into a Contract of Apprenticeship Training. No hostel accommodation provided. No guarantee of employment after training. However, 20% of vacancies in Level-1 posts may be filled by Course Completed Act Apprentices.
